Half lettuce and sushi rice base, two scoops ahi, spiced ahi and two scoops c
Shrimp. Cabbage, cilantro with medium poke sushi. Then topped with cucumbers, Japanese yellows beets, edame, and last with seaweed salad.

I have a poke place I go every other week. I finally talked my hubby into trying it and he is experimenting with different variations.

Delicious when young, but it's now too old where I live. Plenty of purple berries now, which birds love to eat before giving my car a technicolor splash.
