The combination of those two, at any rate, has has my attention for the last 38 years or so.
Smart is sexy. I've dated some, let's say, rather unique looking men that had beautiful brains. My ex-husband looked like a Norfin Troll.

Wearing my shirt and a baseball cap works, too. 
Intelligence and a sense of humor are prerequisites. 
1). Supremely talented
2). Very subtle and understated...there's a lot going on under the surface, but she doesn't run out onto the stage screaming "HELLO CLEVELAND"
3). She's "consistently sexy"...she doesn't turn it on or off, she's just Norah Jones all the time, and she's gorgeous. Take her performance with Dave Grohl at the Kennedy Center Honors for Paul McCartney. "Maybe I'm Amazed" has always been one of Sir Paul's greatest songs, every bit the equal of ANY song he wrote while in The Beatles. It was a simple, stark, emotionally performed song that he wrote for Linda. Grohl & Jones clearly "understood" the song (watch Pauls facial expressions throughout the performance). But they also turned up the heat, and they did so without compromising what made the original so special. It's subtle, and it's on fire...just like Norah.
This defines sexy for me. There is a mixture of indulgence and skepticism that leaves me dancing on the edge of a knife.

is about 25 - 30 years old, has fantastic abs and wears a tool belt, and when he takes his tool belt off, the top button of his jeans is open and there's that trail of hair going down to never never land.

In terms of physical attraction, I have a thing for well-dressed, well-manicured women and I am drawn to women wearing skirts, blouses, business suits and the like. The more well-dressed and well-manicured a woman is, the more I am drawn to her
