It was pretty darn tasty! 😋
Brush a Wewalka pizza dough with a mixture of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard and Italian seasoning blend.
Cover it with shredded Irish sharp cheddar.
Top that with thinly sliced sweet onion.
On that goes sliced cooked Yukon gold potatoes brushed with the aforementioned oil mixture.
Finish with a fine layer of Italian blend cheese.
Bake and eat.
Am I crazy? 🤪

Take the sliced onion and do it up in the olive oil for a while, and then spread THAT on the dough, instead of putting the fresh onion on top. The sauteed onion in the oil will work better and won't burn.
Do you have any garlic.
And, yes, you are crazy, but not for any reason related to your pizza plan.

(115,683 posts)I don't think mustard goes very well with the other things, and onions don't go with anything.
