Eclectic music from (I think) Mongolia

I find it oddly compelling, especially considering the subtitled lyrics.

3. That is not what I was expecting... at all. But....

I didn't mind watching it multiple times. Once to read the lyrics, once to listen and watch the band members and finally, one so I could check out the scenery/rocks. I really like the sound.

4. Why does everything pure and ethnic have to be westernized?

I'd much rather hear those instruments and voices with their timbres in an authentic setting.

5. Some sounds of Mongolian throat singing . I was lucky enough to hear some in person strange sound

And that is what is in the beginning of the piece a traditional sound just before it goes off into the modern world scene and they do it at the end in a traditional way also

I recognised the Mongolian throat singing as well, and that's what made me add the word 'Eclectic' to my subject line.

How strange, how strange.

Damn, these guys are good. It's so much not my music, but this is so raw, so fascinating to me. I'm reminded of the original Conan movie because of its rawness.

7. I just googled them and on their band face book they present as throat singers so we heard right

I saw supposedly (as if I would ever know it) one of the best throat singers that tours US . He could sing two vibrational sounds at once they can go high in pitch also (adenoids singing?)
Interesting the insight by lyrics in to their world
Why did valuable ethics of the ancestors become worthless? Traitors ...Blindly declaring only mongols are the best ... sounds unfortunately like they are dealing with Asian deplorables
