I don't know if you are the habitat of the Brown Recluse Spider or not, but I had a few bites from one of these suckers and it was a nightmare. Started with what felt like a pimple, even had a hard-ish yellow center - if you have any kind of pus or center form, DO NOT POP IT - it can be pooled venom from the bite if it is from recluse and releasing it creates a very nasty situation, fast!

Necrotic lesions are no joke. I won't post them here, but search "brown recluse bites" and you'll get way more than necessary to see just how bad they can be...

More likely some sort of infection.

And if it is something more serious like cellulitis, it needs to be looked at sooner rather than later.

My brother went to the doc and the doc sent him directly to the ER. They had an IV bag waiting for him as soon as he walked in. He spent the night in the hospital with an antibiotic drip.

If it's a spider they most likely will be there.

Spiders have fangs.

PUT SOME WET BAKING SODA ON IT!! Figure out what it is later... if it's a bite, you need to neutralize the poison immediately and that is what the backing soda will do. Make a paste of it w/a little water, use a little flour to make it stay on your skin longer and apply as a poultice. Another is to put a fresh slice of garlic clove but I find the baking soda works best.

I had hobo spider bites all over my face and I suffered for four months, three of which I couldn't go out in public. I learned about the baking soda years later so I ended up with nerve damage to my face and one of my eyes.

BAKING SODA POULTICE!!
