in the park on Christmas for the kids.

But I don't know where to start. And maybe for next year. Or Christmas in July or something like that.

Anybody have any experience with this?

Ok, technically I was born in Baltimore City, but we lived in Calvert County, and Dad had to drive Mom into Baltimore City when she went into labor.

don't know how many I would need for a smallish park (maybe an acre or two with a killer hill) and just if anyone had ever done something like this before.

Parks, check!
People's front yards on Christmas morning, check!
Roads and sidewalks, no way!

Shoot, I'd give one of the ski areas a call and tell them about your idea and ask for some guidance.

They don't know you and it's not like you are a competitor or asking them to do something illegal
