He got it for nothing from a relative but told me on the phone that since he hooked it up, it has never stopped running and actually raised the temp in his house. I asked him if it was blowing cold air from the front and he said that it was. I asked him if a large amount of condensate was coming out of the drain in the back and he said that there was. I was quietly thinking about what may be the problem as he bitched about what a piece of junk it was (even though he got it for nothing). I then asked in what room he had put it in and he told me it was sitting on the kitchen table. Problem solved!
