back as I am also lugging lunch and other stuff. It was from my sister out of town. It is tea from David's Teas. Flavours include honeycrisp Apple, cherry blossom, strawberry rhubarb parfait, the buzz, cream of earl grey and organic cinnamon chai. Lovely gift. Perfect for the winter. And so pretty. Arranged like a rainbow of coloured tea bags that form a circle. I think I will get something like it for the floor of my dad's nursing home next year. I got a gift basket that staff (kitchen, aides, nurses, cleaning staff) could pull apart and share. It was savoury but I worried someone would get cheese and someone would get the crackers and that is no good. Next year I'll get a gift basket of David's Teas instead I think. Everybody likes tea don't they?

Tea represents a nice middle-ground. And why I agree with you - not everyone will like it, but it's still unique and will be appreciated by the majority.

Davidson’s Teas are so good! And I love their boxes! That’s what I gifted all mine and hubby’s coworkers with last year. Made everyone a small box of homemade yellow meringues and Israeli Honey cookies, a dozen honey sticks (for the tea), and about 8 of their dessert variety teabags. Then added a card that we had donated in their names to build several hives and populate the colonies through Heifer Intl.

This year we did Presbyterian Disaster Relief donations. Haven’t given it to them yet since we’re away, but not sure what treat to include.

My son and his wife kept asking what they should get my husband, I kept telling them, "Coffee"

I know they're not the same, but I think you get the idea.
