usually devoured. Farm stands around here are loaded with them on the stalks in the fall.

Split, roasted with OO, red peppers and garlic. Maybe some chipotle pepper if I'm in the mood. Butter works, too. Sometimes adding bacon when the place isn't overrun with vegans.
