I have seen that many times before. Cats do not wobble or stumble back and forth unless drugged or very very sick.

On the other hand, when a cat is neutered, sometimes they send him home before the anesthesia wears off, and that's just the way they wobble. Hopefully that's the case here...

when they had to sedate him to give him a lion cut when he was matted. Fortunately I have a very understanding boss who actually gave me sick time when I called in to tell her I would be late because I didn't dare leave my drugged cat home alone. I was afraid he'd try to jump on something and miss like that poor kitty did.

Friends had a de-clawed Siamese.
It's paws were (apparently?) very sensitive to cold, hard floors.
It's would jump over their small marble foyer floor from hallway carpet to living room carpet.
That cat ain't got no traction and/or it's on a slippery piece of newspaper.
Case closed.
