I see possums around my house quite often. They are usually looking for pet food or garbage. Kind of a nuisance, but I don't recall ever hearing about them doing any real harm.

guttering/facia on my roof line and throwing it onto the ground. It's 30 feet off the ground, and takes a long time to fix (the gutter / siding company won't come out on such a small job (I even of course offered to pay for it)). I don't have a ladder that reaches up to this high to fix myself and I'm afraid of heights.

Big nuisance and I'd get the guy if I could. So he's chewed through the roof facia (to get to a sheltered spot I am guessing) and is damaging the both the siding covering the facia as well as the facia too. And has done it twice (once each in last two years).

He has a habit of sitting on my neighbor's house staring at me and the dogs (when the dogs sense him and force him up onto the roof).

I hate them.
