they need tended in the morning, so you gotta get up, and they are a joy to watch. They're funny, some are super sweet, some are dumb as a rock, and roosters are assholes. It's relaxing and entertaining to sit with a cup of coffee and watch them cruise around and interact. Plus, the eggs are so tasty. I miss having chickens.
