A scary thought.
Imagine a world slightly different from ours.
Imagine a world where there's scifi-technology or magic or superheroes/supervillains or monsters or whatever.
And now, imagine all that power, all that potential, all that capacity for evil... in the hands of some random person.
And I'm talking not about any random person. Look at the internet. Look at the people mentally confined in their small worlds of conspiracy-theories, paranoia and hate.
For example, take that rando on Twitter who still rants about Pizzagate and her emails. Now imagine this mentally confused, paranoid, deeply insecure and desperate guy with superpowers.
Mitch McConnell, Paul Ryan, Donald Trump, Lindsey Graham, Kevin McCarthy, James O'Keefe, Jacob Wohl... imagine all that power, all that potential, all that capacity for evil in the hands of a person who has no morals whatsoever.
Imagine a person who has no respect, who will never change, who has no motivators beyond selfishness... and now this person has superpowers. Or access to nuclear weapons.
