Those are the Spanish Army's firefighters, De Havilands is the type of aircraft I think, the "scooper brigade".

just stay out of the column! He's in airtac, never see him during fire season unless the fire is near where I live. I know a lot of fire firelighters in this part of the Rockies, used to live next to a "jump base" for a long time in a small town. I got to see the Canadian version of these water scoopers a few times.
