I was all set to play some guitar today.

Had my little 12-inch bass amp, my cheap Lester, and my pedal board with like 65 knobs on it ready to go...and then I ate a sandwich and lost the inspiration.

There may just be something to this whole "starting artist" thing.

(EDIT: The joke was supposed to be "starving artist," goddam emmer-effing auto-correct!!!)

I have all my gear hooked up to one Monster power supply so when I am ready to work it’s one flip of a switch.

The Muse is so fickle I don’t dare place any obstacles between us.

I was tired of being tired of setting up.

I got this cool double-decker one, too, called a Holey Board.

Problem is, with pedals on the top deck, it don't fit under my bed.

It's kind of a big sucker, and the only other spot for it is sideways up against a wall on the other side of my room.

So now I'm back to setting up again.
