Recording King guitar. During the depression years, Recording King was a high end Montgomery Ward branded guitar possibly made made by Gibson. Buster's Recording King is a faithful reproduction made by Johnson Guitars

Buster was such a great character. I liked the whole movie, but the first short is right up there with the best of their movies.
