I called a business and asked some questions. The next day, I am getting a survey

by phone. The usual questions: on a scale of 1 to 5, or 1 to 10 etc.

But then I had to say something and to signal that I was done, to hit the old # sign. Used to be the pound sign. Now, it is "pound or hashtag..."
