Thank you for posting that. I needed that laugh today. My dad had an old Ford wagon, monster 1970s style with an equally monstrous big block motor. That was a fun car, I miss it.

4. Then there's the 'other' Roadmaster and the other famous Indiana race, the "Little 500"

I only know of this because I watched Breaking Away. Truth be told, I coveted Dave Stoller's Massi, and well, the Roadmaster, not so much.

Skip tooth, baby! (Times have been better)

Little 500 bikes are identical, single-speed (46x18), coaster brake racing bicycles with 700c wheels, 32mm tires and flat rubber pedals. The unusual specification originated with the famous AMF Roadmaster bicycles of the 1960s and 1970s, once the sole bicycle type used in the event.

In the video it's a sedan, the wagon was bigger,

It was an overpowered BOAT.

Handled like one, too.

My neighbor's Dad loved that car though, and kept it for nearly 20 years, after he died, my friend junked the car.

(It was almost entirely rusted out by then.)
