I just looked at the weekly Giant sales flyer online. They show something called Founders Solid Gold.
I've never heard of it. There are places where I can get beer cheaper than I can at the Giant. I'll look around.

Founders is a brewery here in Grand Rapids Michigan. Their beer ships all over.

I originally read the post title as "A new brewery has shown up". Makes more sense in my mind.

they are pretty reasonably priced for a microbrew. the 15 pack comes out to a little more than $1/can.
nice session pint, but i confess, the real reason it is close to my heart is that i used to have a jeep cherokee just like the one on the can. mine was midnight blue.

Specifically, cases of 24 12-ounce cans of lager. There might be additional varieties at the store.
We shall see.
