(16,423 posts)6. I had a bicycle-accident when I was a kid:
A car drove into my front-wheel from the side and cleanly swerved the bike from out under me and I landed on my feet. One moment I was riding bike, the next moment I was standing beside a car and my bike was lying on the ground.
Oh, and the driver was one of my teachers. She was a nice lady though and one of my favorite teachers, no harm done, she apologized to my parents and paid for the repair and that was that.
