Addiction & it's side effects directly killed Keith Moon, Bond Scot, Janis Joplin, John Belushi, Michael Jackson, Prince, and many many more. Others, like Johnny Van Zandt, Greg Allman, Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison, came from stupid decisions made while under the effects.
