You know the saying "Physician, Heal Thyself"?

Right now, I could use a "Physician Assistant, Let Thyself Go Home For The Day."

Can I write a note to myself excusing me from work?

and figured the leprechaun ought to go back to Ireland where he belonged. The leprechaun said it was OK to just put him in a box and mail him back to the Emerald Isle, so the doctor put him in a box and took him in the box to the post office near St Mary-le-Bow in the Cheapside district. But the doctor hadn't taped the box shut, so the guy at the post office took one look at it and said:

"Physician, seal thy h'elf."
