1. I can see where some might like it.

It’s almost street art. Sureal.

But there is more here than I think neighbors not liking a paint job.

There has to be more history to this story. That being said, the HOA will get it changed eventually.

I kind of liked it. I think the colors are great and very appropriate for Florida. I can understand his neighbors' hating it, and what he did was illegal, but I think it's sort of beautiful, and I'd like to live near it.

It looks like he had a couple of dozen cans of paint in the garage from previous projects and decided that instead of just taking them to the recycle place, he'd just use them on his house.
