Does anyone remember jump rope rhymes from the 1950s & 60s? My 10

yr. old niece lives next door and trying to come up with a variety of things to keep her interested. We live in a rural area and there are no children nearby to play with. She likes to be outdoors on nice days and she likes to dance, so maybe a jump rope would interest her. My sister and will be happy to turn the rope for her so she can get all the fun of jumping. Does anyone remember those hokey rhymes we used? I remember a few and found a few on line.

Mabel, Mabel, set the table,
Don't forget the red-hot-peppers.

Not last night, but the night before
24 Robbers came knocking at my door
As I ran out (Run out of the jump rope)
They ran in (Run back in the jump rope and start jumping again)
I asked them what they wanted
and this is what they said:
Spanish lady turn around (turn ½ turn each time you jump)
Spanish lady touch the ground (touch ground once when you are jumping)
Spanish lady give a high kick (kick in the air once)
Spanish lady get out before you miss (get out of the jump rope)

and then there was the one that had the verse about the doctor, the nurse, and the lady with the alligator purse, but I can't remember the verses we used to start the rhyme.

Thanks for any help.

Miss Mary Mack

Miss Mary Mack, Mack, Mack
All dressed in black, black, black
With silver buttons, buttons, buttons
All down her back, back, back.
She asked her mother, mother, mother,
For fifteen cents, cents, cents,
To see the elephant, elephant, elephant,
Jump the fence, fence, fence.
He jumped so high, high, high.
He reached the sky, sky, sky,
And he never came back, back, back
Till the Fourth of July, lie, lie.

Oh, also, Teddy Bear!

Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear,
Turn around.
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear,
Touch the ground.
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear
Touch your shoe.
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear
That will do.
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear,
Go upstairs.
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear,
Say your prayers.
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear,
Turn out the light.
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear
Say good night!

But we said it while playing some kind of hand game where we had to cross our hands and clap our hands at certain times.
