(115,693 posts)I live in an older residential neighborhood. My street is usually not extremely busy (not a thoroughfare for buses or trucks) but cars usually go by fairly frequently. There are still cars going by but not nearly as many as usual. And there are still some airplanes, too (I live near a large airport) but there don't seem to be as many of them, either - probably because there aren't any more international flights. It reminds me a little bit of the days immediately following 9/11 when there were no airplanes at all. It's weird.
