2. Are you still going in?

I know this sounds horrible but I'm really enjoying myself. Yes I understand all the tragedy around us. I do. I just stepped back and said "Hopefully this will never happen again it's never really happened before (in terms of people being able to stay home and still get paid) so....what am I going to get out of this. What am I going to do? Well I made a list and so far I'm right on schedule.

I have never been more relaxed or chilled in my life. This is without any help from any substance either. I decided to take stock remake myself and so far it's going really well.

4. Yeah, I worked clinic every day this week.

Today, we went down to the homeless shelter to evaluate any respiratory cases they may have.

We only had one respiratory case, with very low suspicion of COVID-19. She was following up on an emergency room visit for bronchitis. Her ED report was negative for COVID-19, negative for influenza A&B, chest x-ray normal. I listened to her lungs; clear as a bell. I refilled her cough medication and told her to rest and maintain social distancing. Not always easy in a homeless shelter.

It's criminal really, the way Americans are literally worked to death. Can't recall the exact #, but prof in grad school stated Americans work something like 380 hrs per year more than other industrialized nations. Glad you are enjoying! 😁👍
