4. This is not a case of building a pipeline over a rock.

It’s a case of them having to give the pipe some height in order to allow whatever was in the pipe to flow downward into the ground. The rock was probably placed after the pipeline was finished to prevent anyone from tripping over the pipe.

What gave it away is the cement under the rock. They don’t want anyone to move the rock. That’s my take anyway.

It’s still pretty funny.
