I'm thinking through the stand - how do I install it in such away the condo board won't make a stink, and asking for forgiveness rather than permission.

4. Well, we're a bunch of geezers and harridans here: "my feeder is great, yours breaks the rules!"...

My wife and I are the teenagers here in our '70's. There are a couple of very nice younger renters, but we owners are older than mud.
