I'm going to recommend a meal delivery service.

If this type of post is not allowed here, someone please tell me, and I'll remove it immediately.

If you live in the Northeast, there is a company called "Realeats" that ships meals to you. They are restaurant quality, cooked by chefs, and all you do is throw a bag in boiling water for 6 minutes to heat them. The company is in Upstate New York.

I'll tell ya what...I had a steak meal last night, and without a doubt, the steak was the best thing I've ever tasted. Nothing else even comes close.

Had to have someone come over and show me how to boil water though.

I chose them because I live in NYS and wanted to keep as local as I could.

Figure $12 average for a full meal, but they are worth it. They have smaller and cheaper things too.

Perfectly balanced meals, smoothies, protein bars, proteins can also be bought separately if you choose.

You have to choose a meal plan, and it is on a subscription basis. Order for next week by the previous Wednesday night. If you don't change your order on the previous Wednesday, they will just send you what they sent you the previous week. You can change or completely cancel the subscription anytime with no hassle.
