Don't Know If I Can Bring Myself to Watch the Debate

I was an incurable political junkie by age 12...am now 75...and majored in political science in college. Always watched conventions, debates, etc. from beginning to end. But I don't know if I can do this one. I cannot tolerate listening to this Hitler, sick, filthy animal...I just cannot. I feel my heart, soul & body violated by this diseased sewer rat. I have more self-worth than to subject myself to this scum of the earth

It will be a test of how to argue with the most extreme rightwing "debate" tactics
- Gish gallop
- Interruptions and talking over the opponent
- Diversion off the topic
- Incessant lying without fact checkers
- Insults and zingers
- Strawman arguments

I am sure that Joe is being prepped well to handle dirty debate tactics. Even so, it will be a difficult task. It will be more like a professional fake wrestling match.

This style of dirty debate is so common now -- practiced by KellyAnn Conjob, Faux News personalities, Rush, Gym Jordan, etc. And then parrotted by our crazy uncles and neighbors.

We would all benefit by learning how to counter it effectively, if possible.
