I agree with your points here, but have this to add: The oysters was mainly due to not having the right tools (oyster shucker), but he should have known there were shells and he shouldn't have served them.
He also said that he doesn't care about the guests, that was a huge issue to me.
Wasn't it Lobster that was called raw? but it was in fact poached? And the guests didn't understand that the texture is different? He did say that that lobster had been cooking for a long time, and it was not raw (but you don't argue with the guests). He ended up re-frying them I think. Add garlic, it is good!
But I do agree with your reasoning here. I don't think Captain Sandy had a choice in letting Hannah go, once it was brought to her attention (by Malia, no less).
Hannah was OK, but she was kind of a bitch. As is Kate. But I think that is almost a requirement for that kind of job.
I like Bugsy though, she does know how to decorate a table! I hope she does well.
I'm going to go watch the reunion now, maybe will have more to add afterwards. I just discovered this show this year, I'm not sure why I like it so much, it is not as if I would ever find myself on any kind of yacht cruise.
