5. In 1970 I had a Tonkinese kitten who used to watch golf on TV with my (then) husband.

Whenever the ball would go into the hole, Sammy would run around to the back of our flimsy, minimal TV stand to look for it.

6. One of my cats, the late, great Tiny, used to LOVE nature programs. He would sit in a chair

by the TV and watch them. Several times, whenever there was a flock of birds that suddenly took flight, he would run behind the TV to try and find where they went!

We don't deserve them, but we love them. I can barely watch anything like this with a dog in it without getting teary out of just loving them!
