If I'm the owner, I'd be dumping the entire staff and starting over next year. The Bears haven't had a first rate quarterback since forever. They always rely on the defense for winning games. The traditional defense is very stingy. The Bears seem to be geared toward winning while scoring under 15 points. It's often the defense of their dreams that allows the Bears to win by a field goal in the last three minutes. But now the league seems to have their number, and their mediocre talent can't overcome their opponents' game plans. That's the problem. It's always the other team that seems to own the field, even if they lose. The Bears experiment with dominance.
