Today's bit of beach..

Last edited Mon Dec 14, 2020, 07:03 PM - Edit history (1)

My wife has been torturing me with pictures from my hometown, mostly by amateurs, and semi-professional photographers.

I’ve gotten so far out of shape I am literally afraid to paddle out due to my utter lack of ability to hold my breath at cardio. Not a good thing if you want to surf. I’m starting to be more active when I bump a dock to load or unload, and to motivate by forcing myself to face what I’m missing..

Hopefully I will pull it together to paddle out again, at 62 my surf clock is loudly ticking.

If you want to come along for the ride, enjoy this mornings picture by Dominique Ridley at the “First Street Break”, Manhattan Beach, CA.

boogieboarded at Magic Sands beach. I'm 67 and it was more fun than I've had in years. Felt like a freaking kid again...
