1. Where in Ariz. is that? They get snow in northern AZ but in...

much of the state they don't so when it snows in Phoenix or Tucson it's a big event and people want to experience it, throw snowballs...all of that.

I lived a long time in Tucson and it would snow on the valley floor once every few years and it would only be a couple of inches. We would still try to make snow men even when your rolled balls would soon collect the dirt, sticks and rocks beneath the shallow snow. It was still fun.
