Merry facepalm!
Was doing a bit of channel surfing and landed on a program with Andrea Bocelli singing a Christmas duet with a young woman (didn't catch her name). During a brief interview the host gushed that "Mr. Bocelli is so lucky to perform with someone so beautiful!" To her credit, the young singer just looked blankly at the idjit before responding with something that managed to sidestep the inanity of the host's remark. Ye gods.
