I'm on the waiting list for Covid19 vaccine!!!

Starting Monday individuals over 70 can receive vaccine in Arkansas. I called my local participating drug store and got on the list. They will call me 24 hours ahead of time to schedule the vaccination.

3. YAY! So am I, but I don't have a date yet. They're saying maybe a week or two.

It's a relief, isn't it? One of my best friends got her first shot last week. Her tribe got several doses and have been giving them to the elders, essential workers, and people with pre-existing conditions. I wish I was a member of her tribe, but alas, mine is in Canada.

4. My sister lives in Oklahoma and got her first shot last week as well. Not a member of any tribe,

but her age and medical history got her in early.

7. Perry County is a little over 10,000. In Perryville, I called the Pharmacy and there are over 2,000

ahead of me. Depending on how many doses they get, it may be March before I get jabbed.

It's Wednesday and the state flu totals are out.. Not bad, but Perryville schools absenteism is the highest in the state.
