Zeus - despite being a labrador retriever, known universally as being a breed which eats any and everything - is picky. To avoid "gastrointestinal issues" - fill in your own blanks 😂 - caused by switching brands of food for variety, I feed him the Fromm dog food line, rotating their many varieties. Works like a charm. FYI the lamb and lentil variety was a fail as far as Zeus was concerned. Lot of meals left untouched. I took the "mean parent" route - put the full bowl up and put it back down at the next feeding time. He reluctantly ate it 'cause the boy was hungry. But I did not buy that variety again. Plenty others from which to choose.
