(14,600 posts)I don't have snow here in TN right now, but it's one of the things I hate most unless I have absolutely no reason to to outside. I mean, sure, it's pretty. But I'd prefer to just look at pictures.

(18,402 posts)Close to 12 inches and counting. Glad we did curbside grocery pickup yesterday. Ive done every crossword, acrostic, sudoku, etc. in the Sunday Times and Tribune, plus three loads of laundry.
Now what ... read or stream something.

(2,472 posts)I measured the snow on a table outside about two hours ago and it was twelve inches. The radar map says it's not supposed to stop snowing til nine o'clock!

(16,356 posts)When I first moved here in '81, I remember several good snowstorms a year. The last decade has been terribly dry. Of course, the mountains still get snow and Denver depends on the run-off.

Still I'd rather have a bunch of lower snow amount storms, then the less storms but the walloping amounts kind.
