hope everyone is having a good day

I started out feeling great. My fibromyalgia fatigue has been bothering me a lot this week.

It is creeping back in as the day goes on

Naps do not always help either

1. Did you ever try ginseng?

It's all-natural, of course, and it usually gives me the lift that I need when my biorhythms slow down late in the afternoon. I prefer the liquid form to the tablets. My wife buys it in packages in NYC's Chinatown but we've been able to order it online.

I love naps, too, but they don't always work, especially when I've got "monkey-mind."

Sorry to hear about your flare up. Does weather changing affect your pain level, similar to cold and arthritis? Taking naps is good for your immune system.

3. weather, definitely! Sudden air pressure drops are the worst.

We have rain moving in so that is probably what messed it up
