(11,686 posts)Poor guy before being shorn. I did see some areas where the skin split when they shaved him. When skin splits and bleeds you know how tight the mats were. His skin can breath now and get healthier.

(15,686 posts)Do all sheep need to be sheared regularly? I'm thinking no. Otherwise we'd hear stores like this more often.
I'm so happy these wonderful people were able to help the poor guy.
