What is the best meal delivery service available?

I'm not thinking about the Blue Apron style where there's a lot of cooking to do. I mean the quick and easy meals that young working singles would go for. Tasty and easy to put together, and full of nutrients. Any suggestions?

I have no idea as to delivery service food as it is just so expensive. cayugafalls Mar 2021 #1
stir fry would be a great choice. Baitball Blogger Mar 2021 #2
Local restaurant, if available. Most meal deliveries take 40% or more of restaurant's bill total. TheBlackAdder Mar 2021 #3

Stir Fry dishes are good for breakfast lunch and dinner and they are easy to make.

Rice:
Fill a pot with water, add the rice, bring it to a boil, then simmer until the rice is tender. Drain the rice, return it to the pot, and let it steam in its own residual heat until you're ready to serve.

Stir Fry
Throw whatever meat and veggies you got into a pan. Stir and fry. Add some soy sauce or seasonings to taste.

For a breakfast stir fry, scramble some eggs and cook with some pre-cooked sausage, or not, add some cilantro, green onions, and other veggies if you like.

It really is super easy. I can whip up a stir fry in 5 minutes if I have rice already cooked.

Even easier rice, buy a small rice cooker for $15 bucks.

I can't tell you how much money I saved when single cooking like this...

As for those premade meals to put together and cook, you will pay 3-4 times as much and spend just as much time cooking...

I wish I had some experience with those services you require, but I just latched onto Stir Fry and never looked back.

I even had stir fry for dinner tonight.
