Somehow "shrimp cocktail" sounds tasty and "sardine cocktail" doesn't quite?!1

Just slapping or slopping together odds and ends, in this case boneless skinless sardines in olive oil paired with an avocado in chunks, and it's actually quite tasty. First time for this particular concoction, with the last Fritos supplemented with potato chips.

I wonder how they do the boneless/skinless deal.
