I've just turned 70 this year, so I would have been 15 when he was 25. I was already into rock music by that time, mostly English rockers. But I liked the American artists too, and Dylan was just getting hot in those days.

I turn 69 later this month, and have been a huge folk-rock fan ever since the Byrds came into my life when I was 12. They made me aware of Dylan (whom I developed a big crush on for awhile LOL) and then he had his first big top 40 hit later that summer of '65. 1965 is still my favorite year for music.

The Band was Dylan's concert partner in the late 1960's and early 70's. So many great concerts!
