It is so hard to lose our parents. LOL Cats is a gift to DU, with honor to your Dad. My cat is an indoor cat, but my To Do List for today is: feed the cat, pick up and pay for cat's food, clean cat's box, give cat her catnip treat, and hopefully find time for other chores. Love and hugs from me and my cat.

And Happy Birthday to your Dad! I also lost my Dad, but I still "visit" him and talk to him regularly. I can only imagine what he'd think of what's been happening in this country. That's usually what I talk to him about and try to divine how he'd advise me. And he was the animal lover in the family - which was one of the gifts he passed on to me.
