I am not a horror fan, books or movies, but the first 4plus minute opening of the show hooked me in the show for several seasons

(11,660 posts)Dont remember the exact opening but the falling man graphic with the ads was better than any theme song perfect visual setup for the show.

(15,756 posts)Events that happen throughout all the seasons are related to what happens in the first episode. Its a show that grabs you and doesnt let go until the last minute of the last episode.
One of my top five all time TV shows. Very few shows work off the impact of the first episode and run it through the entire series as well as The Shield did.
