I have friends who post pictures of their grand daughters as Disney princesses, and it occurred to me that I have never seen pictures of boys who have enjoyed this treat. I tried doing a google to learn more but Im down to Using my old iPhone and the search goes blank.

(63,221 posts)For some reason this question reminded me of this adorable Belgian film I saw years ago called "Ma Vie En Rose" about a young boy named Ludovic who lives with his family in a middle-class Belgian neighborhood, but loves to dress as a girl, express himself as a girl and has a crush on a neighborhood boy. It shows how his family and the people in the neighborhood react to Ludo's behavior (gets a little dark there for a while) and eventually in the end come to accept him for who he is. It is a very sweet, charming film. I highly recommend it. In fact, I think I will watch again soon.
