came across an old cookbook put out by the Tucson Shriners Wives or whatever they call(ed) themselves. a Great Aunt had a few recipes in the collection but THE most "interesting" one was in the salad dressings section.

Probably less than a Tablespoon to dress a salad serving or make a sandwich-probably no more than you might take to promote regularity. If the taste is good-no problem.
