This is becoming a Fracking saga.
First, my grabbing device came in. Glad it was rapped in a ton of bubble wrap. The outside of the package looks like....it is a surprise it didn't get broken.
Then I get this from the shipper of my wheelchair,
Thank you for contacting us. I have checked that the tracking info might be for another order which Im terribly sorry for that. I will document this information at our system and be assured that our higher departments will take care of it to avoid the matter again. Please allow me to raise this with our supplier to get the correct tracking info. Thank you and apologies for the inconvenience. Kind Regards, (name of company) LLC Customer Support"
So I don't know if I'm getting it or not. Am I going to get refunded for this or not? Anyone speaking Costumer Service that could translate this?
All I want is Answers.

Does the tracking number says where it was delivered? Was it even your state/city?

(2,716 posts)They are notorious for scheduling a signature required delivery and then not showing up, wasting an entire day. We had two shipments from the same vendor with the package so damaged that essential parts fell out in transit rendering the items unusable. Some vendors allow selection of the carrier. When that is possible, FedEx is not our selection.
