I was thinking of getting clippers, but maybe not.

But as the years went by, she was less cooperative and to be honest I don't think my hands were as steady and was afraid I'd nip her paws. So we go to the vet about 3x a year to get the nails clipped, and then when she has her annual check up.

I'm sure I got a few of those evil stares when I used to do them.
